一、研究中心介绍
南京大学数据管理创新研究中心(以下简称“中心”)是南京大学在苏州首批建设的新型研究机构之一。中心以服务国家大数据战略、助力数字中国建设为指导思想,基于多学科交叉推进数据管理及数据科学专业建设,培养具备较高数字素养、系统掌握数据管理基础理论、熟练运用数智技术与方法的拔尖创新人才。中心和南京大学信息管理学院同为“信息资源管理”“双一流”建设学科、“A+”学科承建单位,拥有一支高水平的研究队伍,现有教授5人,研究员3人,其中国家级领军人才3人。中心将在承继传统信息资源管理研究优势的基础上,加大交叉融合,在数据要素与数据治理、数据智能与大数据分析、技术创新与产业智能等领域形成新的学科增长点。
二、招聘岗位设置
南京大学数据管理创新研究中心拟面向全球招聘有志于从事信息资源管理领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到中心工作。本次拟招聘准聘助理教授、准聘副教授若干名,特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。招聘研究方向包括:

I. About the Research Center
The Research Center for Data Management & Innovation of Nanjing University (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") is one of the first new research institutions built by Nanjing University in Suzhou. Taking “serving the national big data strategy and assisting the construction of Digital China” as its guiding ideology and basing on multi-disciplinary interconnection, the Center aims to advance the major construction on data management and data science, and to cultivate outstanding innovative talents who possess a high level of digital literacy, a comprehensive understanding of data management theory, and proficiency in utilizing data intelligence technologies and methods.
Both the Center and the School of Information Management of Nanjing University are responsible for the "Information Resource Management" "Double First-Class" initiative and "A+" discipline construction. The center currently has a high-level research team with 5 professors and 3 senior researchers, 3 of which are national-level leading talents. By inheriting the advantages of traditional information resource management research, the Center will further promote interdisciplinary integration and create new disciplinary growth in fields such as data elements and data governance, data intelligence and big data analysis, technological innovation and industrial intelligence etc.
II. Description of Opening Positions
The Center plans to globally recruit young scholars who aspire to work in the field of information resources management. This recruitment offers several open positions for tenure-track associate/assistant professors. For exceptionally outstanding candidates, higher positions will be available under consideration. The research directions include:

III. Application Requirements
abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;
abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, with neither criminal record nor record in breaching the ethics and morale of teachers and/or academic integrity;
have first-rate academic background: the applicant should have obtained PhD certification in relevant academic disciplines, have experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and be knowledgeable in latest international frontier and development in the relevant research field(s). Specifically, for Assistant Professors, a minimum of 2 years of academic research engagement after PhD graduation is required; for tenure-track associate professors, a minimum of 4 years of academic research engagement after PhD graduation is expected.
have outstanding teaching abilities: the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
