个人信息:

巴志超,男,1990年05月生,山东滨州人,南京大学数据管理创新研究中心准聘副教授、特聘研究员,博/硕士生导师,获中国科技智库青年人才计划、江苏省高层次创新创业人才计划、江苏科技智库优秀青年人才计划等,兼任中国信息经济学会理事、中国双法研究会计算机模拟分会理事、数字空间与社会治理智库联盟秘书长、数据智能与产业创新专委会副秘书长、中国科学技术情报学会情报研究与咨询专业委员会委员、中国中文信息学会社会媒体处理专委会委员、中国系统工程学会数据科学与知识系统工程专业委员会委员、世界青年科学家联合会数智融合专委会委员等,以及《情报工程》、《江苏大学学报(自然科学版)》、《Scientific Reports》、《Applied Sciences》、《Big Data and Information Analytics》、《Information Processing & Management》、《Humanities and Social Sciences Communications》等期刊编委/青年编委/编辑。在国内外核心及以上期刊发表论文 120 余篇,其中在SCI/SSCI、国内权威及A类期刊发表 60 余篇,国家发明专利/软件著作权 20 余项,参与行业/团队标准 2 项、主持国家自科面上、青年项目、国社科重大项目子课题、江苏省社科青年项目、南京大学-中国移动联合研发课题等 20  余项,参与国家自然科学基金创新研究群体、国家自科重大、国家重点研发计划、国家社科重大等项目,撰写 10 余份咨询报告,其中 7 份获得省部级领导批示,并获中国科学技术情报学会青年情报科学家奖、青年学者论坛最佳论文奖、江苏省科技情报成果奖一等奖、华东地区科技情报成果奖一等奖、湖北省科技信息成果奖一等奖等。
